New Moon

New Moon was written by the famous Stephanie Meyer. New Moon is when Edward leaves Bella believing that it would be healthier for her, but, if you have read Twilight, you would know that Bella is almost always reckless and stupid- what with hanging out with vampires and other fairy tales that are not supposed to exist. I chose this book because I wanted to know what happened after Twilight.

After Edward leaves Bella she goes to her friend Jacob Black in order to distract herself from the aching pain that Edward left her with, and to stay out of her depression without Edward so Charlie does not kick her out of the house. She discovers that doing something that her Edward would have considered reckless or stupid she can hear his voice tell her that it is a very bad idea, but she does it anyway just to hear his voice. While hiking on her own to find the meadow that she was in once before. In the meadow she runs into James' friend Laurent who tries to kill her, but not before he is attacked by the werewolves (Sam,Jared,Embry, Paul and Jacob-Bella does not know they exist and that Jacob is one of them). The day of Bella's jump Charlie looses one of his best friends- Harry Clearwater to a heart attack. Alice comes home to "visit" but really she is just home to make sure that Bella is alive. The day before Alice leaves she 'sees' that Edward is going to Italy to do things that you will have to read the book to find out.

Two thing that I liked about the book would be Bella's way of dealing with her sense of lose, and the detail of the places she is at. Two things that I did not like about New Moon would be the fighting between Bella and Jake. The other thing that i did not like about New Moon is when Alice and Jacob almost lose their self control and almost have a fight where someone would obviously die right in front of Bella. This is age appropriate for any body who is ready to read it. I would definatly recommend this to a friend. Twilght fans, animal lovers, guys, girls, anyone would like this book.
