Listen
The book is about about a girl, Charlean, whose mother is dead and so she lives with her father who makes her walk all the time. She later finds a mysterious wild dog in the woods and names him Coyote. Charley wants to tame him but he is a wild dog so she has to work hard.
There are two things I like about the book. The first is I like books with animals so I like Coyote. Another is I like how Charlean doesn't give up training Coyote. There are two things I don't like. One is I don't like that her mother is dead. Another is I don't like that her father is mean. I would recommend this book to a friend. People who are 12 and up will like this book. People who like animals will like this book.
Tuesdays with Morrie
Twilight
Shark Girl
15- year old Jane Arrowood was attacked by a shark in June after going for a swim and lost her right arm. She was in the hospital for a long time, and was going depressed and basically hated herself. She thought that even though everyone was trying to help her out, like her friends and family, nobody really knew what she was going through and she wished they would all just leave her alone. No one understood her, besides Justin, a boy she met in the hospital. He was also disabled, and they became best friends and helped each other through a lot. In the end, Jane realizes that you can't turn your life upside down because of something major that happens. You need to make the best of it.
Honestly, I thought this book sucked. There was no story to it, other than a girl who wouldn't stop being depressed all the time because she lost an arm. Everything was totally predictable. Within the first two pages, she gets attacked by the shark, and all of the rest is just her whining about it. I mean, I would be upset if I lost an arm too, but I wouldn't let it ruin my life. Some people could like this book, however I thought it was pretty boring. But, that's just my opinion. It was an easy read though, so I got it done with pretty fast. I would recommend this to anyone who just wants to get a book done and over with. But if you want a really good book that can't be put down, I would keep looking. . .

Bad Girls Don't Die by Katie Alender
Bad Girls Don't Die is a paranormal story about this misfit who's sister is possessed by Satan. Just kidding, her sister's possessed by a doll.
Alexis's family has problems. Like, her mother is never around, her father creeps her out and her sister collects dolls. Her sister, Kasey lies more, and is using creepy old-fashioned phrases. Yeah, talk about problems. Alexis isn't popular either, and her enemy, Meghan wants to be her friend. Alexis's non-existing life takes a downward spiral after she finds out the history behind her house....
This book was really good. It's writing wasn't fabulous, but I survived. I'd rate it 4/5.
Fablehaven rise of the evening star
The Child Called It by David Pelzer
Percy Jackson and The Lightning Theif
Peace, Love and Baby Ducks by Lauren Myracle
Peace, Love and Baby Ducks is a kinda interesting story about siblinghood rivalry, and growing up. It's mainly about two sisters who are constantly compared by family and friends.
Carly is the older, conservative, less-hot sister, who's social life hangs by a thread. Anna is the younger sister, who is now a freshman, and is the sister everybody likes. Carly goes to this summer camp thing and comes back all muscular, and Anna is taller, tanner and has better boobs. Carly is automatically jealous, considering her sister is stealing this guy away from her.
This book was pretty good. I don't want to say great because it wasn't. It's an easy read, that is lighthearted. I'd rate it 3/5.
TTYL By Lauren Myracle
This is all about soldier boys. First its about 2 kids Spence and dieter. They both wan to go to war to make a name for them self. Dieter a German Hitlers youth wants to be promoted to a member of the German army and will do anything to prove that he can do it.Spence says he wants to go to war to fight for his country but most people think its just to impress a girl named LuAnn.Its a great book with a sad ending.
These are two things i like about this book. First, i like how it takes place in WWII and its my favorite war. Also i was shocked about the sad ending. I recommend this book to anyone who likes a good story and WWII
I liked this book because it was thrilling. One thing that I dont like about the book is that it takes a lot of time to go into the maze. Another thing that I like is that the book is very detailed and you can see what's happening. I recommend this book to everyone who likes adventure books.

Lunch Money
The book is about a boy who inspires to make money. He is all about money. Spending it. Earning it anything. It talks about him starting his own business in school selling toys. He almost got in trouble because the kid were using them the wrong way and hitting teachers with the bouncy balls. He also will do anything to earn money because it is very important to him.
These are two things i like and who i recommend this book to. First i like the humor. Second i like the concept of his ambition. I recommend this book to anyone who likes money.

New Moon
When Edward Cullen realizes he isnt right for Bella because he thinks he will hurt her since he is a vampire, he leaves the town for a long time. Bella and everyone else didnt think it was right that he left and Bella couldnt stand the fact that he left so she turns to Jacob Black for support. She didnt know he had feelings for her though. Everytime Bella did something crazy and dangerous, Edward would appear in her thoughts and he would say to stop. but she kept doing it so she could see and hear him. when she gets the crazy idea to ride a dirtbike and gets hurt, Edwards sister, Alice, who can see the future, seen that she was dead but she really wasnt. so she told Edward and he went to Italy to the Volturi to show them that he is a vampire and so they will kill him if she was dead. but when he gets there and see's Bella there, they get into some trouble with the volturi.
I thought this book was better than the first book and i recommend this book to others girls 12 and older.
New Moon
Twilight
Bella moved to Forks, Washington with her father because her mother had gotten remarried and her mother wanted to travel with her husband who is a baseball player. Bella goes to school in Forks and meets Edward who hasn't ever seemed to be interested in anyone in the school until Bella came along.
I liked the way this book was written and how everything was explained in detail. I didn't like the ending of the book. This book seems like it would be more for girls but i know of alot of guys who have read it too.
Twilight
Its about a girl named Bella Swan who moved to forks, washington with her dad because her mom got married. When she moves to forks, she goes to school and meets alot of new people. She meets a strange guy named Edward Cullen but he never seems interested in talking to her or anybody else. but one day in science they started talking and they kept talking and hanging out ever since then, and they began to fall in love with eachother. but then she finds out his deepest secret... He's a vampire..
I kind of liked this book beacuse it was about love and vampires but it started to get annoying because every girl was obsessing over it and over Edward. I think it is a good book for girls 12 and older .
Divergent
the book was adrenalin filled and full of action at times the book is slow but when it gets exciting it stays that way. the book is about Beatrice a girl from the selfless fraction and she hates it there but its her home. when people are 16 they can choose to change and Beatrice and her brother both switch to different factions. Beatrice later changes her name later in the book to Tris and she also falls in love.
I would recommend this book to teens and people who love action mixed with a little humor mixed with a little romance. this book is a great and easy read. this book is also in first person.
Go Ask Alice
I thought that this was a good in some parts and boring in some other parts, there is alot of drama in it. If i were to rate it i would rate it 8 out of 10. :)
Watchers war
In the book a boy loves war especially the civil war and meets a movie director whos making a movie for the civil war . and the boy offers to give the director a tour of his town for the movie. when the boy runs to the grocery store for errends he is struck by lightning and when he wakes up he is in the civil war and has to fight to survive or does he ?
two things i liked about the book was it was short and easy to read but beside that it was pretty awful. the age group its orriented too is younger kids who want to learn alot bit about war. i would recommend this book to younger kids or people who read anything.
Twilight
Anyway... The book was about Bella Swan, a girl who moved to Forks, Washington to live with her dad, officer Charlie Swan. During her first few weeks there, she meets the "hottest guy at school", and discovers his sparkley secret. He's a vampire.
I honestly don't know why so many girls are obsessing over the Twilight series. They aren't that great. But, like the "Beiber Fever", some crazes make absolutly no sence. I wouldn't really suggest this book to anyone.
Maximum Ride:Angel
The Pirate Laffiate And the Battle Of new Orleans
the book is about a pirate during the battle of 1812 who turned into a privateer. It talked about who and why he turned into the privateer.and who he became a war hero in the Battle Of New orleans.
2 things i liked about the book was that it was historical and it was about a pirate. it is appropraite for any age i would recommend it to any history buff.
Catching Fire By: Suzanne Collins
the secrets of peaches
The Chronicles Of Narnia, The Magicians Nephew
The Maze Runner
This book is a great. The plot is very well written and is full of action, suspense and I couldn't put it down and it kept me on the edge of my seat. This book is perfect for teenagers. read it!!!!!!!!!!!!:):):):):):):):):)
Little Brother
Harry Potter and the Oder of the Phoeinx
The book was about the fifth year that harry was at Hogwarts. He was accused of a crime because he preformed magic in the presence of a muggle. The charges were dropped for the reason that the muggle was indangered. The Order of the Phoenix is an organization that try to protect people from evil. They had to take Harry in because they thought Lord Voldemort was going to try to kill Harry. They sent Harry and his friends to Hogwarts and this year there was a new dark atrs teacher Dolores Umbrige. She was so picky about everything. She tried to fire a teacher but Albus didn't allow it. She got Albus suspended and she became the headmaster.
This is the longest book I have ever read. I would recomened this book to mystery lovers.

NEW MOON :D
New Moon was mainly about Edward leaving Bella and being heartbroken. Bella trys doing whatever she can to fill that hole i her heart that Edward left. She finds out that whenever shes with Jacob she forgets about Edward. Jacob soon leaves her because he doesnt wanna "hurt her". Bella jumps off a cliff into water because the adrenilon lets her see Edward. Edward finds out she did that because Alice (his sister thats not really his real sister) saw a vision of her jumping in the water. Edward wants to die so he goes to the Volturi so they can kill him. But they refuse because edward has a special gift of mind reading and they want im to join the Volturi. Edward doesnt want to. I cant say the ending cause it'll just give everything away :P but Bella proves to edward shes not dead and the Volturi see that she knows about vampires. The Volturi want her dead.
I liked this book because it has susspense and a little action towards the end. Also, i like how Bella does all this adrenilon stuff just to see Edward. The only thing I didnt like was how towards the middle of the book there are no vampires at all and it got a little boring. I would recommend this book to all of the twilight lovers.
Pictures Of Hollis Woods
Hollis Woods is an orphan who is transfered from foster home to foster home even though she has a "heart of gold". When Hollis is finally placed in the home of a kind women, she finds herself going out on a limb to keep that place. She realises she had a family once, and they loved her. And, maybe it's not too late to get that feeling back.
I will admit, the first few chapters are slow and dull, but the farther you get in, the more intoxicatingly addictive it is!
I would recomend this to those who have heart.
The Chronicals Of Vladimir Tod: Eleventh Grade Burns
I would recommend this book to anyone who likes vampires or action.
The Chronicals Of Vladimir Tod: Tenth Grade Bleeds
The evil vampire D'Ablo is back! And this time he's hunting Vlad twice as hard! He seems to have found a ritual that can steal his powers. And, to add to the stress, Vlad finds it harder to resist human blood. Henry, Vlad's best friend, no longer wants to be his drudge. He figures that this year is going to be anything but normal. With the treat of D'Ablo he has to find a plan!
I would recomend this book to vampire and action lovers alike!
The Chronicals Of Vladimir Tod: Nineth Grade Slays
If Vlad thought middle school stunk, he may want to think again! It only gets harder and he learns that fast. He becomes everyones' punching bag, his best friend's cousin is falling for his crush and he's being followed by a photographer for the school news paper.
And if he thought high school was hard, he finds out, mastering his vampire powers, is tougher. But, when he visits Siberia with uncle Otis, he has to train quick. For, back home he has a slayer waiting for him!
I would recomend this book to anyone who likes vampires or action.
The Pirate Laffiate and The battle Of New Orleans
The Last Song
The Last Song is about a summer Ronnie and her brother had to spend with their dad in Georgia. She was dreading the whole trip, but ends up loving it. She meets a boy, a friend, a girl she doesn't like, and she loses someone along the way too. She changes who she hangs out with, and her whole personality that summer. I don't want to give too much away, so read it for yourself.
I loved how this book was really good! It's almost exactly like the movie, which is great too. I wish they would make another book to go along with it. It's really detailed, and makes it seem like your there too. I like how many characters there are, and how you never get confused about them. Make sure if your reading the book, you finish it before you watch the movie, or it ruins the book. I would reccomend this to all my friends, and any other girl who likes Nicholas Sparks. All the books by him are pretty much alike. They're all amazing!
400 pages! (Counts as two books!) :)
Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince
This Harry Potter book was about when Harry gets a potion book that has all the right instructions. Hermione his friend was getting mad that she couldn't do the potions right and decided to find out why.
This was a long book and the book was very good. I would recomend this to people who like long books and mysteries.
752 pages long
Dear John
Dear John is about a girl named Savannah. She falls in love with a boy named John. He has to go away to the army, and they write letters the whole time.
I would reccomend this book to anyone who likes books by Nicholas Sparks. It's just another great book by him. But, I would say mostly girls would like this. I really liked how you didn't want to put it down, how fast you could read it, and how there is a movie too. I didn't like how long it was, how there isn't a sequal, and how it got confusing because he was always leaving. So, the book went into present day, and then into letters.
335 pages.

Go Ask ALice
Alice falls in love with someone, but he dosent seem to love her back. She goes to a party and they end up slipping her drugs without her realizing it. After this party her life completly turns around and she gets into drugs more and more.
I liked the way this book was written, and what the book was about. I really didnt find something that i didnt like about the book, it was one of my favorite books i've read so far this year. I would reccomend this book for someone more mature, the first time i tried reading this book i was in seventh grade and didnt seem to interested in it. This book could be for anyone depending on if you like books that involve drugs and "intimate" things.

The book that I read was called Leven Thumps and the Ruins of Alder. The author of this great book is Obert Skye. The reason that I read this book is because its the last book in the Leven Thumps series and I was already reading the series. This book is about Leven, Winter, Geth, and Geth traveling towards the gateway to Reality.
In this exciting book, Leven and his friends are making their journey to the gateway to Reality, although fate has very different plans for Leven and Clover. On the way, Leven and Clover are separated from Winter and Geth. Leven and Clover find themselves meeting unfinished business. The unfinished business must be killed before Leven can chop down the tree that tethers Reality to Foo. Leven has to chop down the tree to prevent all of the evil beings from getting into Reality and taking it over. Can Leven and Clover chop down the tree in time? Were Leven and Winter meant to be together? See what fate has planned for these extraordinary people in this amazing book.
Two things that I liked about this book were the gripping plot, and the detail that the author used. The only thing that I didn’t like about his book was that at some points in the book, it was slowly paced. This book is appropriate for teenagers or people who like compelling, adventurous books.

Star Wars Jedi Quest The Trail Of The Jedi
Leven Thumps and the Wrath of Ezra
The book that I read was called Leven Thumps and the Wrath of Ezra ( the fourth book in the series). The talented author of this book is Obert Skye. The reason that I chose this book was because I started to read the first one and it was really good so I went on in the series. The book is about Leven Thumps and his friends and his sycophant, Clover, trying to stop the Dearth from getting into reality, taking it over and then ruling it.
Foo is a realm inside the mind of each of us that allows mankind the power to hope, imagine, and dream. Leven Thumps, a boy from Oklahoma, has been taken from Reality and sent to destroy all of the bad beings, the Dearth, Azure, and Ezra the toothpick, from invading and ruling Reality. This happens when the war to unite Foo with Reality starts. Leven, who is now also the Want, must race against time to get across Foo with Geth, Winter, and his sycophant, Clover, in order to stop the war which has already begun. Meanwhile, along the shores of Sycophant Run, the Dearth is getting lots of help from Azure and his army of rants and other beings trying to merge Foo with Reality. The clever sycophants would have this situation under control, but the secret of their mortality has finally gotten out and Clover and all of the other sycophants are in more danger than ever.
Two things that I liked about this book are that is is perfectly paced and it has a exciting plot. There was nothing that I didn't like about this book. This book is appropriate for teenagers who like a good book and series. Anyone with a good imagination would like this book.

Smiles to Go
Will Tuppence's everyday life is going to school, playing monopoly every staurday night with Mi-Su and BT, and getting annoyed by his little sister Tabby. In one part of the book they all go to a star gazing party at French Creek and they all end up separating then Will has to find Tabby to go home and finds her but then has to find Mi-Su and BT. Tabby helps him find them and they both find them kissing. So Will gets suspicious and gets jealous and tries to make a plan where he can kiss her. He made one plan for after christmas but she ends up going to Florida. He made a better plan for Valentines Day and it ended up working. Then later on his little sister Tabby gets badly hurt.
This is now one of my favorite books, i couldnt put it down. It just gets better as you get more and more into the book. I'd recommend this book for people who like realiztic books and suspense. It's a really good book.
