Shark Girl by Kelly Hopkins

Shark Girl is a story about a girl named Jane that goes to the beach. Jane soon regrets that cause as she is swimming A shark comes out of no where and attacks her. The story is about how she faces it. Through the story it talks about her counsling, her physical therapy, and her school life. through the book there is friend storys and a little bit of romance. If you dont comprehend very well I do not recomend this story to you. In this story you will also meet her mother, who trys to introduce her to new things but doesnt really think of what Jane really is feeling and shes trying to push her back into wanting to do art and wanting to cook. In the beggining her mother trys to make her try computer art but she does not like it. I reccomend this to Tyler Dibelka.
