FEVER 1793

The book, FEVER 1793, by Laurie Halse Anderson is about a girl with her family in the 1700s.

A girl named Mattie Cook
right above their family coffee shop alon with her mother and her grandfather. Mattie spends her days getting out of her chores and planning ways to make their coffee shop better. But what Mattie is unaware of is that the fever is breaking out all across town! After her mom catches the fever she and her grandfather leave the city. But then attie finds out that the disease is spreading everywhere.

One thing I liked about this book was that there was so many things going on so it is hard to put the book down! But one thing I didn't like was that there were so many things going on so you kind of didn't know where and what was happening. Anyone that likes realistic fiction would really enjoy this book.
