Vampire Knight

The book Vampire Knight by Matsuri Hino is an anime comic book about Yuki Cross and Zero Kiryu, the Guardians of Cross Academy. I think this was a good quick read.

                Cross Academy is attended by two groups of students, the Day Class and the Night Class. At twilight, the two classes cross paths. It is up to Yuki and Zero to keep the secret of the Night Class, they’re all vampires!

                Though Yuki cannot remember anything from her past beyond being saved from a vampire attack, she takes her job of keeping mortals safe very seriously. After the attack, the headmaster of Cross Academy adopted Yuki. He knew she was strong enough to keep the two groups calm, cool, organized, and safe.

                Although Yuki thinks mortals and immortals can coexist peacefully, Zero, disagrees. He thinks if the humans knew about the Night Class, chaos would break loose. Zero may be a pain in the butt sometimes but he’s always looking out for Yuki.

                I would recommend this to anyone who likes graphic novels, a quick read, anime, or vampire stories. I enjoyed it very much and hope you will too.
