In the last book of harry potter, harry and his friends returned from the battle at the ministry of magic with voldemorts death eaterr where bellatrix lestrange killed his godfather sirious. Harry dealt with that loss very bad and went after her. Now in the half blood prince things change.
Half Blood Prince begins slightly differently than the other series of these books. In one part an unsuspecting muggle prime minister is visited by cornelius fudge and is told that lord voldemort as returned and a few muggle disasters like bridge collapse, hurricane, and a few murders thats the work of voldemort. So harry is sent to stay with his muggle relatives, Aunt Petunia, Uncle Vernon, and their spoiled son Dudley. Harry doesnt stay long because dumbldore comes and gets him. Back at hogwarts harry learns that snape has finally got to teach the defense against dark arts.
It gets cooler and cooler and better and better as you read. Id recommend this too anybody that likes reading long books. SO READ IT!
