Wonderstruck

Recently I read a book called Wonderstruck by Brian Selznick. This book was really good.
This book is mainly split into two lives.  Bens whose story is toldy by words and Roses whose is told through pictures.Bens moother has just dies ands he has moved in with cousins and aunt.  In the middle of the night he decides to go to his old house.  Once he gets there he sees a number that may be his fathers number/  He picks up the phone and he gets struck by lightning because it was storming.  Meanwhile Rose is at her mothers set because her mom is an actor.  Her mother sends her off to go home.
When Ben wakes up in the hospital he runs away to where he thinks his father lives. He ends up going into a  musuem and meeting a new friend names James.  James feed him.  He then finds his grandma......Rose.  Rose tells him all about his father.  That is where the book ended.
3 things I liked about this book was the pictures were great and it was interesting.  Also that it is a suspenseful story. I did not dislike anything about this book. This book was phenomenal.  The reading level for this book would be 11+.  I would reccomend this book to anyone who likes books formed like diarys.
