Soul Eater

The title of this book is Soul Eater. The Author of this book is Atsushi Ohkubo. This book is a graphic novel. I picked this book because my friend said it would be a good book to read.

In this book, a girl named Maca is a mister that means that she is out to get rid of all the kishiens, or bad souls. Her partner, Soul, is her weapon. Maca and soul, they go to school together and learn as one at the death academy. When Maca and Soul's goal, is to make Soul, a death weapon. But for that to happen, Soul and Maca need to kill 99 kishiens, and 1 witch. They already have 99 kishiens, but when they mistake a cat for a witch, they have to start all over again.

One thing i like about the book is the way that it’s like Halloween story. One thing I don’t like about the book is how it leaves you hanging, and how the witch makes Soul turn his back on Maca. I would recommend this book to anyone, ages 10 and up.
