Goosebumps"Stay Out of the Basement"

The name of this book is Goosebumps"Stay Out of the Basement" by R.L.Stine. In this book 2 kids investigate their dad who is a scientist while their mom's away and their dad says stay out of the basement. Which is where his laboratory is where their are alive plants down there and a mystery for the kids to solve.I chose this book because I like mysteries. In the book their dad doesn't want them in the basement and his 2 kids realize that their dad is acting way different then the way he usually acts. So the kids investigate the basement and see all the different alive man-eating plants down there and then later before mom gets home their dad got cut and bleeding out green like plants. So then the next day the kids find out something very amazing and shocking happened. I liked how the kids investigated the basement and how their dad went back to normal. I didn't like how the dad kept warning them and how he bleed out green like plants. Anyone can read this book. Yes to who ever likes these kind of books. People who like mysteries can read this book.
