THE BFG

The title of the book i have read is THE BFG by Roald Dahl and illustrated by Quentin Blake. I chose this book because this book looked great to me. What happened in this book is that this little girl named Sophie, and Sophie could not fall asleep one night no matter how hard she try ed. She though this was the watching hour, once he friend whispered into her ear saying that in the middle of the night their is this time when all the "creepy things" come out, when every mommy, daddy, and children are sleeping. She walked out of bed, very silent be cause she was not allowed get out of bed...not even to go to the bathroom, to close the shades so she could sleep but she stuck her Head out the wind to just look and listen to the quiet streets. when she looked far enough she saw this dark, tall, thin thing... walking in her direction. ( coupe pages after) The tall, dark, thin thing grabbed her, and pulled her with her covers outside, she try ed to scream but the hand covered her mouth, this was a giant!!!! Two things i liked and didn't like about this book was that this book is very funny,but  can get confusing with long made up words, and the book is short. Think the age group would be 11+. i would recommend this book to anyone who likes funny books.
