Hades

I read Hades by: Alexandra Adornetto. This book is a sequel to the book Halo. In Hades Beth is dragged to Hell by the demon Jake Thorn who was thought to be gone. I chose this book because I read the book before it Halo and I wanted to know what happend next.
At a Halloween party gone wrong, Bethany Church is dragged into Hell by Jake Thorn. In Halo Jake was sent back to Hell by Bethany's brother, Gabriel, but after some of Beth's friends preformed a seance Jake was released back to Earth. Now Beth has to rely on her family to bring her back to Earth. As she watches her family struggle to bring her home, her love for Xavier is strengthened and she realizes what is really important. Now she has Jake realizing why heaven and Hell do not mix.
I loved how I had a hard time puuting this book down, I was always waiting for what was going to happen next. I also liked how far Xavier will go to make sure Beth is safe. There really wasn't anything I didn't like about this book. This book would be appropiate for anybody 12 or older. I would reccomend this book to any girl, or guy, who likes chick flicks.
