I read the book Dead Beat by Jim Butcher. The genre of this book is fantasy. I chose this book because it was the next book in the series The Dresden Files.
Harry wanted to save Murphy's career but it would potentially put other people in danger so he did it anyway.
Luccio wanted to make Harry a warden but he didn't want to become one so she persuaded him. Morgan wanted to kill Harry under suspicion of murder but he was proved wrong so he didn't. Ramirez wanted to help Harry but he was getting attacked so he couldn't. Butters wanted to help Harry also but he was to scared so he got over his fears.
Two things I liked about this book were the suspense and plot twisters.There was nothing i didn't like about this book. This book is appropriate for ages 14+. Yes I would recommend this book to a friend. Any one who likes Fantasy books will like this book.
